Product Supply Rotational Associate

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary responsibilities of this role, Product Supply Rotational Associate, are to:

  • Manage complex cross-functional, inter-business, multi-area projects and relationships, to achieve desired results defined by team;

  • Identify, develop and execute continuous improvement initiatives;

  • Synthesize conclusions into recommendations and work directly with product supply team to implement change;

  • Asses and model material and information across the product supply organization at tactical and strategic levels;

  • Develop innovative solutions, approaches, methodologies and offerings that address both present and future business supply chain needs;

  • Analyze key data and metrics to identify product supply performance opportunities;

  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of business activities and operations;

  • Promote best practices and provides training support across the organization;

  • Influence and manage initiatives of a complex nature involving a considerable amount of self-motivation, analytical ability and independent judgment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree completed by June 2021 within Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering or the Sciences or a related field;

  • At least of a 3.0 grade point average (GPA);

  • Proven work/internship/co-op experience;

  • Strong relationship and interpersonal skills;

  • Collaboration and team focused, working with International and domestic employees;

  • Demonstrated leadership (i.e. - current leaders of clubs, campus organizations, etc.);

  • Desire for mobility;

  • Emerging partnership and collaboration skills and ability to learn from and share knowledge with co-workers in a fast-paced environment;

  • High level of maturity and strong willingness and demonstrated ability to learn new concepts quickly;

  • Consistently demonstrates innovative thinking that is customer centric;

  • Excellent results orientation and agility.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working across cross functional/matrix environments.

Product Designer Purpose Product Designers work closely with Software Engineers, IT Product Managers, and Platform Design Leads to research, explore, and iterate on well-crafted user experiences that are innovative, engaging and deliver key business outcomes. YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES The primary responsibilities of this role, Product Designer, are to: * Create solutions to complex challenges using a human-centered design methodology that unlock business outcomes; * Improve the usability of a digital product by incorporating user research methods to guide the design, development, and refinement of the work; * Express concepts by rapidly wireframing and prototyping scenarios using a combination of analog tools (whiteboards and sketchbooks) and digital methods (Sketch, Abstract, InVision, Adobe CC); * Iteratively test these concepts with end users and share findings with team; * Use evidence-based research to influence strategic digital product decisions; * Organize design critiques to solicit feedback and improve design; * Collaborate with Software Engineers, IT Product Managers, and Design Leads to refine the UI and workflows of a digital product; * Support digital product teams in defining goals, signals, and metrics for the digital product; * Encourage and uphold high standards for our digital product experiences; * Champion accessibility and industry design standards * Serve as an ambassador for Product Design within the org and in the broader design community. More specifically related to this position, Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following: Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree and 2+ years' experience OR 6+ yearsapplicable work experience in related industry; * Strong interaction design, visual design, and prototyping skills; * Creative problem-solving skills; * Mastery of Sketch, Adobe CS, Axure (or other prototyping products); * Excellent communication and presentation skills; * Experience with human-centered design (HCD).
