This position represents a key role within our products organization where you will set the strategic direction and definition of Workday's Develop to Perform product area within our revolutionary cloud business management solution. Workday's Develop to Perform product area is focused on enabling the workforce of the future. By understanding, optimizing, and engaging workers through Talent Management, Performance enablement and learning solutions, our customers empower their workers, managers, and administrators to contribute to organizational objectives.
We will look to you to set the Develop to perform vision, particularly focused learning and the extended entreprise based on research and synthesis of various data inputs. You will then evangelize this vision, thee roadmap, and the strategic plan internally and externally, including giving updates to customers, prospects, and partners.
Among your internal stakeholders will be our HCM Product Management and Development teams to prioritize and shape features, and as the product spokesperson, you will support Sales and Marketing through effective positioning, deal advice and strategy.
At Workday, customers come first. You will engage with them frequently and intently and be their advocate within Workday.
If you have:
8 10 years of experience in product strategy or management for global HCM enterprise applications
Functional or consulting experience with global Talent management, Performance enablement and learning solutions
An understanding of the challenges facing multi-national organizations when they deploy HCM Applications globally
Excellent communication skills
An MBA or Master's Degree
The ability to travel 30%
