The Cisco Meraki team is seeking a driven Product Specialist to support product management activities for Meraki's Service Providers.

You want to help make products shine in the marketplace, outpacing and outperforming the competition.
As a critical member of the product team, your responsibilities include:
Serving as the subject matter expert and key technical advisor across Meraki's entire portfolio with a focus on MX and our virtualized portfolio, highlighting the Service Provider relevance as well as current and future capabilities.
Producing technical guides, best practices documents, application notes, and configuration and installation content for internal and external use
Preparing and presenting content to partners, customers, and executives
Working with engineering teams through design, testing, and product launch; running beta and pilot programs
Investigating and articulating our competitive positioning and strategy
Working with a dedicated, high-performance Service Provider Sales team and customers on ways to accelerate the business
Working with ecosystem partners to validate interoperation and successful solution development
Degree in telecommunications or a related technical field
2-5 years of work experience in networking, scripting, virtualization and related technologies
Experience working with or for Service Providers / Managed Service Providers
CCNA/CCNP in Routing & Switching or similar certifications are highly desirable (VMware or virtualization certifications are a plus)
Experience in technical support, product testing, or QA preferred
Passion for learning about networking, cloud, and emerging disruptive technologies
Strong user empathy with a deep desire to understand top customer problems
Easily communicate complicated concepts to non-technical folks
Entrepreneurial, can-do attitude with a strong sense of product quality
Love solving technical problems in creative ways
