Product Sourcing Team Member - Tuscaloosa

The role of a Product Sourcing Team Member is critical to store operation. In this critical position, you will perform a variety of duties to achieve our common goal of selling donated items online for our retail store teams.

JOB DUTIES

• Conduct daily rack checks and floor walks to check for missed E-commerce items.

• Work with Product Sourcing Specialist on visits to identify strengths and opportunities.

• Ensure the E-commerce station is set up with all tools needed for success (PC access, totes, etc.).

• Audit carts and racks for high value items.

• Build excitement around E-com with recognition and feedback.

• Review E-Commerce goals and performance results in daily huddles.

• Train processing team members on identifying high value items. Provide feedback to individual team members to improve decision making skills.

• Communicate strengths, opportunities, and concerns with the store leadership team.

• Conduct daily store walks to search for missed E-commerce items, including checking rags, trash, and wholesale.

• Performs any other task, function or responsibility as instructed by their manager and/or manager of the Company.

SKILLS

• Basic mathematical skills required.

• Ability to communicate well in both verbal and written forms.

• Ability to observe, assess and coach the work of others.

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and/or verbal form.
