Job Description:

As a CSP Product Solutions Specialist, the primary focus of this position is to develop and validate the technical solutions for Citrix Service Providers to ensure Citrix products function properly in the way Service Providers intend to use.

The CSP Product Solutions Specialist will assist the architect and leadership on cross-product initiatives and technical validation of new products and services for the CSP market, be the technical expert in defining and measuring how our products should integrate with each other to offer a complete seamless solution that Service Providers can offer as a service, continue to develop new skills on Citrix products that will be made available to CSPs, and be the internal voice of the CSP market segment, ensuing Citrix solutions:

  • Are designed for a secure and cost-effective multi-tenant reseller delivery model;

  • Can be consumed as a monthly subscription without upfront capital investment;

  • Produce appropriate per tenant usage reports for billing/invoicing integration;

  • Can be automated and integrated with partners' business operations systems;

  • Support cloud adoption and transformation.

The CSP Product Solutions Specialist plays an essential role in the ongoing development and validation of Citrix Service Provider Reference Architecture which serves as the blueprint implementation guide for Service Providers.

  • Plans and leads all technical aspects of the development and validation of CSP product solutions.

  • Proactively researches and validates new releases or feature updates of Citrix products and services, detects technical deficiencies, and develops practical, workable solutions.

  • Establishes himself/herself as a technical expert.

  • Takes full responsibility for overall execution and delivery of critical tasks or projects.

  • Stays focused on department and Citrix strategic priorities and allocates their time and resources.

  • Develops and enhances CSP Citrix Cloud Reference Architecture:

  • To develop and validate a technical implementation plan for Citrix products and cloud services;

  • To show how different products and cloud services integrate with each other to provide complete workspace experience.

  • Works with SMEs to find solutions to complex partner issues with possible outcomes:

  • Workarounds, temporary stop-gap solutions;

  • Gather feedback for Product Management and Engineering in order to solve complex technical issues.

  • Works closely with architects and Product Managers to help create product and platform requirements specific for CSPs.

  • Prepares and presents status, technical and management reports as required, provides recommendations for process and product improvement.

  • Helps to develop the processes, methodologies and tools used for analyzing service consumptions and implementing system architectures for Service Providers.

  • Coordinates with the architect(s) to interface with potential technology vendors and partners, take the lead in technology evaluations, and make recommendations regarding integration with our products.


  • Ability to deal with complex technical situations with Service Providers and customers.

  • Must be flexible, dependable and fast learner of new products and technologies.

  • Must have demonstrated expertise and knowledge in at least three of the following products and technologies:
    1.Citrix Cloud
    2.Virtual Apps and Desktops
    3.Citrix ADC
    4.Content Collaboration
    5.License Usage Insights
    6.PowerShell scripting and other scripting or programing language

  • Applicable knowledge in the following areas is a plus:

  • Existing CSP DaaS Reference Architecture

  • Citrix SD-WAN

  • Citrix Endpoint Management

  • Must have experience with Microsoft Azure, experience in Azure AD and any other public cloud IAAS platforms (AWS, GCP, SoftLayer, or Oracle) is an advantage.

  • Must have a good understanding of Active Directory and multi-tenancy concepts.

  • Exhibits a positive attitude, represents Citrix to Service Providers and customers in the best possible fashion and fosters interest in our offerings.

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills, as well as time management skills.

  • Strong work ethic, attitude and follow through ability.

  • Minimum three years of experience in consulting, system engineering or technical support.

  • South Florida location is preferred, however working remotely with good time overlap with EST is acceptable.
