POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for overall and daily management of operations related to Product sales and project financials.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Review and confirm financial details of new projects for the Sales team.
Ensure all required paperwork is provided for new Sales projects.
Setup and open new Sales projects.
Work with Credit department to obtain customer credit approvals.
Open and close work orders for Sales projects.
Monitor costs for projects.
Invoice customers for equipment and services related to Sales projects.
Maintain backlog report of open projects.
Prepare, review, and distribute monthly reports related to Product Sales.
Process vendor invoices for new equipment (i.e., generators, transfer switches, engines).
Monitor and close out deferred funds on a project basis as needed.
Track equipment inventory and identify aging items.
Perform cycle counts for inventory.
Prepare paperwork, set up deliveries for product shipments to customers.
Oversee purchasing.
Provide customers with partial and full lien waivers.
Maintain database of installed equipment.
Ensure that all operations comply with company policies and standards.
Work with the Product Sales team to communicate project changes, vendor issues, and help ensure successful projects.
Manage Operations in accordance with company goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree (four year college or university) and/or three to seven years related experience
Ability to accept responsibility and account for his/her

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Computer Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Prior experience with Oracle systems preferred.
Other Requirements
Prior experience managing business operations focused on heavy, industrial, and or power-driven equipment in a facilitative Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partnering arrangement preferred. Prior experience working with a product sales team in a similar role is also preferred. Ability to plan and carry out responsibilities under limited supervision required.
