Description:

The Sales & Product Specialist at LL Flooring is responsible for supporting the Store and Assistant Managers in the daily sales, operations and maintenance of the store. This person focuses on helping the team achieve or exceed the sales goals by:

  • Helping customers make the best selection for their homes

  • Ensuring overall customer satisfaction

  • Assisting with maintenance of the warehouse

What we need from you:

  • 6+ months of related sales/retail/customer service experience

  • High School degree, GED or equivalent

  • Hard-surface flooring knowledge a plus

  • Basic computer skills

  • Communication skills

  • Some heavy lifting

  • Willingness to learn and operate a forklift

VIEW JOBS 12/24/2021 12:00:00 AM 2022-03-24T00:00 Overview Job SummaryThe Marketing & Product Specialist is a creative and technical position working directly with the Director - Marketing & Product to advance EDA's marketing and product development initiatives, including creative and messaging for various marketing and social media channels, and coordination of the development and implementation of new and modified products and programs. $51,138- $56,820 Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Designs, develops, prepares and updates digital marketing collateral and brochures, advertisements, baseline and custom PowerPoint presentations, e-newsletters, media lists and email marketing campaigns.• Works with Program Manager and staff to ensure all product and program information and messaging is current and aligned, including website content.• Creates, maintains and upates marketing materials library on website and SharePoint, and product dashboards on SharePoint for all new and modified products.• Coordinates work with external vendors and partners such as print vendors and freelancers when and as needed.• Creates graphics, shoots videos and takes photographs for use in various communications.• Works with media ad sales representatives to evaluate opportunities for EDA.• Assist in social media content, planning and posting.• Supports preparation of public information responses for relevant stakeholder requests, including program activity reports.• Assists with production of EDA annual report and other annual reports, helping to prepare and creatively enhance e-documents and online reports.• Develops internal and external product training and related materials.• Provides project and administrative support, and performs other duties, as assigned.• Promotes teamwork and communication to encourage an interactive, cooperative, collaborative and customer focused work environment among division, EDA staff and external customers.• Must complete annual and semiannual self-assessment as required.• Performs other duties and special projects, as assigned.
