Product Reliability Engineer
We're looking for people who are passionate about reliability and want to be part of a team revolutionizing reliability testing.
As a Product Reliability Engineer in Micron's Global Quality team, you will collaborate with technology development teams to predict product failure modes. You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with product engineers to develop fault isolation strategies and create new assessment methods.
You will orchestrate data feeds from many sources, mash them together, engineer new predictive models to guarantee product reliability with best-in-class testing strategy. Qualified applicants will be well seasoned in reliability characterization and data analytics.

We're looking for applicants who have:
Passion in memory failure modes, characterization and modeling
Solid knowledge in device physics. Knowledge in CMOS/memory reliability physics is a plus
Experience with statistical analysis software. Familiar with reliability statistics is a strong plus
Experience with automate data analytics and scripting
Exposure in semiconductor ATE platform is a plus
Ability to drive projects independently. Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem solving skills
A minimum of a B.S. degree (or equivalent experience) in Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field
