In this career defining opportunity within the Global Product Security organization, you will

work in a global pricing environment, with exposure to a broad array of products including access control, and video surveillance. You will gain the experience of pricing globally and implementing global pricing. You can have a multimillion impact on the bottom line. You will participate in differentiating Johnson Controls, and enabling business growth.

What you will do:

  • Work with Pricing Director to support the pricing strategy.

  • Responsible for report generation and analysis for the team

  • Focus on general maintenance, item creation, and updating of tables within the SAP and JDE ERP systems.

  • Receive requests from various departments to have the ERP systems updated.

  • Partner closely with other departments to resolve/troubleshoot these requests and update the requestors.

  • A successful Product Analyst is able to quickly look at requests and make a decision on the appropriate action to take.

  • Support regular pricing reviews

  • Build working relationships with sale managers, customer service and marketing

  • Manage all communications / enquiries for pricing email inboxes.

  • Ability to defend a recommendation, negotiate trade-offs, build alignment, and take feedback


  • 1-3 years' experience in a pricing role

  • Solid communication skills and problem-solving skills

  • Strong knowledge of MS Access, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint

  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced business environment


  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role

  • Knowledge of the security industry is an asset

  • University degree with a specialization in statistics, mathematics, finance, accounting or economics.

  • Strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office. Excellent working knowledge of Excel is essential.

  • Strong analytical, problem solving skills including innovation and out-of-the-box thinking.

  • Basic project and time management skills.

  • Ability to work and build relationships with internal and external customers.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex subjects simply and effectively.

Job summary The Red Hat Global Partner Ecosystem team is looking for an exceptional and experienced Technical Product Marketing Manager to join us in Westford, MA. In this role, you'll help us build community and membership scale for Red Hat Partner Connect, the world's largest open commercial technology ecosystem. You'll be working to develop and carry out an effective inbound and outbound digital marketing plan for the purpose of targeting and recruiting technology companies to join the program and engage with our offerings. You will engage with internal Red Hat cross-company marketing stakeholders, including our corporate and product teams, while being acutely tuned to industry and competitor trends, and supporting our overall marketing plans both for and with our technology partners.
