Key Roles and responsibilities:

You will work among a team of experienced Product Line Managers who will help you acquire the technical knowledge and methods. Over time, your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute customer growth strategies that increase the overall RF solution sales for the commercial base station market

  • Manage customer expectations by providing direct or sales channel support with product information, sampling support, responses to customer questions, managing and expediting orders, and factory and quality support

  • Evaluate pricing processes and establish systems to review and influence profitability

  • Manage forecasting and inventory to ensure on-time delivery while maximizing inventory turns

  • Drive new design wins and revenue growth

  • Manage the life cycle of products after product launch including supply change management through end of life of the products

  • Develop, implement, and monitor product line objectives and activities while ensuring alignment with expected deliverables, business objectives, and company goals

  • Work to improve sales and marketing tools, business processes, collateral, and communication of post-release products

  • Influence and drive internal and external customers and cross-functional teams with or without formal authority

Technical Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:

  • Ability to collect and analyze data, conduct field research and recognize trends

  • Price and opportunity negotiations skills preferred

  • Understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods

  • Strong communication, negotiation and collaboration skills

  • Must be self-motivated and results-oriented team player

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint plus SAP system experience preferred

Required Education & Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience
  • BS or MS degree in an Engineering, Finance, or Business field of study
