IGT is setting up a new Data and Analytics organization with the mission to create a connected ecosystem of data, technology, tools, techniques, people, and processes intentionally employed to produce insights that help solve real business problems and empower the decision-making process

Summary

This position is responsible for mining large amounts of data, analyzing results, diagnosing the business and extracting meaningful and actionable insights to improve game performance and account profitability and translating in a way that is digestible by others

Makes recommendations to and work directly with the Sales team and individual Sales reps on a consultative basis to implement recommended changes and produce executive summaries regarding the health of the business and impact of recommendations

Increase the performance of assigned accounts based on knowledge and product analysis, working closely with the Sales group and the Casino Operators

Supports Sales group through the development and maintenance of casino information and reports

Work on a cross-functional Teams including Sales, Product Management, Services and Engineering

Install Base Analysis and Floor Optimization

Manage and Optimize our Recurring Revenue Assets

Support Key Stakeholders in Implementing Strategic Initiatives to Achieve Planned Sales & Product Management Objectives

Support external customers through sales team, as well as internal customers, departments throughout the IGT organization on their various requests around the performance data we are capturing Domestically and Internationally to support them in their initiatives to help achieve the overall companies' goals First Year Goals

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Planning and implementing projects to improve the performance of IGT products.

Generate games rankings by product type to work on improving product mixtures on casino floors

Generate monthly KPIs through the generation of a dashboard and performance of games and machines

Dealing with customers to build trusting relationships that will produce performance information for analysis and follow up

Visit casinos to detect situations of performance improvement and opportunities for placement of new products or conversions

Analysis of competitive products to identify areas for improvement in our games and settings

Monthly meetings with the sales group to disseminate information about new games and review progress in performance improvement projects for each account.

Provide technical consultation to the Sales Team Required Qualifications

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
1-3 years experience required

Knowledge of Gaming Industry and Casino Operations

High analytical and numerical skills

Spreadsheets and database applications

Travel to Customers

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Proactivity

Relationships and teamwork skills

Additional Requirements:

Experience with the following toolsets;

SQL Server

Tableau (Business Intelligence)

Power BI

Experience with SAP/Business Warehouse a plus Preferred Qualifications
