Job Summary
Management, Continuous Improvement and Innovation, and Financial Model. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: At a high-level, responsibilities for this role will include:
Product strategy: Provide ongoing support for the strategic direction of the product/experience.
Ensures alignment between all stakeholders and partners throughout the product maintenance process.
Partner and collaborate closely with key stakeholders from the various departments across the organization to adapt and evolve the strategy as necessary.
Product definition: Provides day to day product vision and support for all partners and stakeholders ensuring that enhancements to Ziosk are viable, feasible and desirable for our Team Members and Guests.
Ensure that future enhancements or programs around Ziosk are marketable, drive Team
Member and Guest satisfaction and ultimately drive revenue.
Lead aspects of tech, design, and execution to continually enhance Ziosk.
Product delivery: The Product Owner is ultimately responsible for helping our cross-functional teams and leadership prioritize resources appropriately to ensure that Ziosk continues to deliver the best experience for Team Members and Guests.
Communicate changes, updates in direction or priority shifts to cross functional teams while keeping leadership up to speed on progress.
Product standards: Helps maintain product development standards, practices, and experience guidelines to ensure consistency across all products, projects and teams.
Product roadmap: Works in close collaboration with the Project Management Office and CrossFunctional stakeholders to ensure all gates, milestones, goals, and timelines are being tracked as necessary to meet the proper quality standards.
What You Bring to the Team
Bachelor's degree required
3-5+ years of project, program, or product management experience with examples of short- and long-term project management experiences
Proficiency with common industry development tools and software applications (MS Office (primarily expert level in PowerPoint), Smartsheet, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Publisher, Visio.)
While not a technology role there should be a basic understanding of consumer technology trends, and an ability to understand and communicate technical aspects of our business to non-technical business partners.
Exceptional verbal and written communication, with the ability to communicate effectively at executive levels.
Proven ability to achieve actionable results through positive influence, fostering strong and sustainable relationships.
Creative problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach and willingness to take initiative.
Obsessive attention to detail and follow-through.
Ownership of projects, ensuring accountability and on-time deliverables.
Strong ability to elicit internal and external support, work under pressure, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-starter with strong organizational skills, able to prioritize workload and adapt to project changes.
Strong leadership skills, able to drive results with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptability in handling unforeseen obstacles professionally.
Openness to continuous feedback exchange with cross-functional partners and leadership.
Travel-approximately 30-40%.
