We are looking for a Product Owner (PO) to execute on the vision, strategy and roadmap for our Online Ordering solution. This position will focus on the shaping and delivery of online ordering experiences will engage and retain customers and guests. The PO is fully aligned with the strategic plan and drives the development of features, and user stories at a detailed level according to the product roadmap. The successful candidate continuously defines priorities and focuses on maximizing the value of product delivery as a leader of an Agile team, liaising between key stakeholders, the business, and technology teams. The PO balances all stakeholder and customer needs and is responsible for managing stakeholder expectations, providing transparency and visibility to the team priorities, sprint objectives, and commitments
What We're Looking For
Demonstrated experience in fundamentals of the online ordering lifecycle, including best-in-class guest user experiences, menu management, order routing and management, integrations, fulfillment and delivery systems, payment and loyalty.
Ecosystem awareness - Deep understanding of the multi-layered products and platforms that enable premium hospitality commerce.
Excellent understanding of the fast moving, multi-dimensional restaurant technology commerce landscape.
Rooted in the intricacies of commerce behavioral analytics and flow optimization.
Proven experience in product ownership in the area of software delivery including writing clear user stories
Product or engineering experience with development of online ordering solutions and experiences.
Product experience working with platform and API systems.
Hands on experience with Agile development processes, especially SCRUM
Effective communicator who is comfortable talking to a wide range of stakeholders from technical staff to executives to understand their needs and distill insights that drive product strategy
Experience with product planning, project planning, wireframing and/or prototyping tools (e.g. Aha!, JIRA, Confluence, Balsamiq, Invision)
Excellent communication skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties.
Experience with customer journey mapping development
Subject matter expert/industry experience in hospitality, restaurant, Point of Sale is a strong plus.

Own and align product backlog to business goals and business value, drafting, refining and prioritizing user stories for the team
Dedicated to the Agile delivery team, actively participating in all Scrum related events as the Product Owner, offering business insight and clarification, removing impediments, and making real-time decisions as needed
Be an expert for the product with an understanding of the product as it is today and a vision for where the product needs go
Evaluate product feature and user progress throughout iterations and provide real-time feedback to Agile delivery team
Ability to quickly break down high-level features into digestible user-centric work items that can be delivered in short iterations
Ability to prioritize effectively, balancing business value with time criticality, opportunity enablement, and risk reduction
Interface with executives, business stakeholders, and development across organizations
Manage stakeholder expectations, providing clarity and transparency into priorities and commitments
Proactively lead backlog refinement as needed
Work with broader product team and other teams to synchronize deliver of large solutions (participate in big room planning, etc.)
Ability to collaborate, build relationships with, and influence across organizations at all levels
