Summary: As a pivotal member of our team, the Product Owner will be instrumental in shaping the future of our software products by overseeing both customer-facing and internal custom systems development roadmap. This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Development, Operations, Marketing, and IT, to deliver exceptional products that meet customer needs and contribute to business growth.

Job Description:

• Plan and prioritize product development and product feature backlog to meet the product roadmap.

• Create detailed product feature specifications and ensure they are understood by relevant teams.

• Submit appropriate maintenance tickets from internal stakeholders to the development team.

• Create end user documentation in the form of release notes, KBs and training videos for new features.

• Mitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goals.

• Plan and coordinate product releases, ensuring that releases are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

• Set expectations for delivery of new functionalities with stakeholders.

• Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge, and communicating about company software product capabilities.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user requirements, pain points, and feedback to shape the product roadmap and continuously improve user experience.

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap outlining features, enhancements, and timelines.

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and other relevant departments

• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to plan and execute successful product launches and promotions.

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success and identify areas for improvement.

• Ensure that the products comply with relevant regulations and security standards.
