We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, and highly driven Product Owner to support and lead the R&H business requirements backlog as part of Frontline Education's HCM Portfolio. You would own and drive all components from feature idea through design, deployment, and operations, while working in an exciting, fast-paced, agile environment.
This role reports to the Group Product Manager and works closely with Development, Architecture, UX Design, Sales, Customer Success, and Strategic Partners to deliver solutions that simplify the daily work life of the front line of education.

Working knowledge of product strategy and key business results (Bookings, Retention, Operational Efficiency), including but not limited to:
Support activities related to Annual Planning Process
Initiative candidate pool analysis
Tee Shirt/LOE estimates
Business case development
Performance and quality analysis
Define & Stack Rank Key Initiatives / Dependencies
Establish Multi-Year Product Strategy, Initiatives & Stages
