You will concentrate on operational activities for our Customer Success Organization, selecting and operating technologies to enable Aras to deliver Subscription Services at scale and improve our subscriber experiences with Aras solutions. You will utilize your combination of IT, industry knowledge, technology experience, and adoption management experience to help Aras teams succeed with these technologies.

Product Ownership
Enterprise Tools & Integration Management
Operations
Product Ownership - collaborate with business stakeholders to form well-developed user stories organized into a prioritized backlog that aligns with overall business strategy. You will oversee the end-to-end execution of user stories from requirements gathering, supporting the team during development, and delivery of functionality to the business.
Enterprise Tools & Integration Management - responsible for managing and optimizing business platforms used to support and enable Aras Subscription Services teams. Partnering with IT and GTM Operations may be required at times to support integrations between Aras business systems and other 3rd party technologies.
Operations - Assist with implementing and administering new Tools and Technologies to improve the performance across the Subscription Services teams. Develop and maintain documentation to support user adoption of tools, monitor user adoption and provide training to address deficits.
Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or comparable field
In-depth knowledge of scrum, agile methodologies
2+ years experience in a product owner or project manager role
Experience managing product backlog using Azure DevOps or equivalent tool
Familiar building rapid visual prototypes using wireframing tools
Programming, technical background - good knowledge of relational databases with ability to read and write queries using SQL
Exceptional will have...
Experience with front-end programming languages such as HTML, JavaScript, CSS
Experience in the administration and maintenance of Totango, or another comparable tool such as Gainsight
Experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce
