Position Summary

The Product Owner role will manage back office user stories for large scale project launches in SAP. As Adobe continues to grow and expand its online subscriptions we have the need to update our accounting software to SAP Billing HYBRIS. As a product owner, you will work closely with back office teams (e.g. Deal Desk, Contract Operations, Order Management, Revenue, Credit, Tax, etc.) to gather system and process requirements. Once requirements are finalized you will coordinate with IT SCRUM teams to design and deliver these requirements per the project timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Product Owner Scrum work

  • Build positive relationships with partners and stakeholders

  • Team up with back office subject matter experts (SME) to learn organization processes and systems.

  • Work with SME's to obtain organizational requirements and needs to create a backlog of user stories for project delivery

  • Attend daily check in calls with SCRUM team to answer questions and report back on team progress

  • Groom backlog stories so they can be accomplished in sprint time frame (generally 3 weeks)

  • Organize and oversee user acceptance testing of sprint / project deliverables

  • Organize and run demos of work accomplished after each sprint, obtain approvals of business owners that work demonstrated meets users needs

  • Create process flow charts and other needed documents for business change management

  • Support training of users on newly installed workflows and systems

  • Understand how data is structured and how it translates to business process and data migration

  • Drive and participate in large cross functional teams

  • Participate in creation and execution of cutover plan including but not limited to production testing and data migration.

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty around projects and initiatives

  • Navigate the competing needs of multiple stakeholder groups

  • Ability to resolve conflict and reach consensus for the good of the company

  • Understands the way the business currently operates and figures out how to improve it

  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Great communication skills. Must be able to articulate complex processes in large group settings.

  • 3+ years of experience in finance or accounting

  • Experience with SCRUM a plus

  • Knowledge and experience in Adobe products a plus

VIEW JOBS 3/13/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-06-11T00:00 This is a Sr. Compliance Product Owner role for Adobe's Technology GRC (TechGRC) group. The role is for Adobe's Lehi (Utah) location. This person will be a member of TechGRC team in Lehi and will report to the Lehi Manager. The candidate will be responsible for the continuous auditing and monitoring requirements supporting the compliance function Responsibilities * Work under the supervision and guidance of the TechGRC manager and drive technology compliance activities across Adobe * Perform Information Security related assessments to cover domains like User Access management, Network, OS & Application Security, Encryption, Change Management, Backup Management, Disaster Recovery, Physical Security, Training & Awareness etc. * Draft compliance reports to summarize the compliance objectives, key findings, and work with teams to remediate key findings * Lead the liaising with external auditors and customers to help them gain comfort with regard to Adobe's security compliance program * Identify internal controls issues, ensure they are well-defined and root causes are identified * Develop scripts to extract data from AWS and Azure environment to support the controls testing automation * Develop, automate and maintain audit/compliance tasks in JIRA and related tools * Build and maintain compliance dashboards to provide a holistic view of the compliance posture of the organization * Assist in Compliance testing as and when required * Collaborate and co-ordinate activities with the TechGRC team based in San Jose, US and India. * The candidate should be willing to travel for approximately 10-20% of time. Requirements * Bachelors / master's Degree with a focus in Information Technology / Computer Science or related field * Minimum 3-5 years of related development experience * Hand on experience with AWS & Azure environments * Experience with Splunk and dash boarding tools such as PowerBI, Tableau is a plus * Knowledge of common IT systems (Operating Systems, network devices, applications) * Knowledge of Compliance frameworks (e.g. SOC 2, FedRAMP, ISO, PCI, etc.) * Experience developing and maintaining websites, SharePoint sites etc. * Knowledge of Core IT processes / services such as change management, SDLC, Identity/User Access management, Backup and DR processes will be useful * Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. It is essential that the candidate is a team-player and possesses strong organizational and planning skills. * Ability to communicate with both business and IT technical staff including IT and Business management.
