gTech's Product and Tools Operations team (gPTO) leverages deep user, operational, and technical insights to innovate Google's Ads products into customer experiences that are so intuitive (or automated) that they require no support at all. gPTO partners closely with gTech's Support, Professional Services, Product Management, and Engineering teams to innovate and simplify our Ads products and build the productivity tools ecosystem for gTech users.

As a Lead of our Product Operations team who are the interface between the Technical Support and Consulting teams and other stakeholders, you will be responsible for managing a team of Product Operation Managers, driving excellence, consistency and prioritization for them across their projects. From early piloting and wide-scale deployment, your team will oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google online advertising, analytics and platform products. Your team will work on launching and landing product and technical solutions to ensure our customer support and implementation teams can provide exceptional support to our customers. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program management, product commercialization or sales strategy and operations.
MBA or Master's degree.
8 years of hands-on experience in Internet products and technologies.
Track record in roles working directly with customer service and development teams.
Knowledge of publisher, advertising market or online ads landscape.
Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders. Excellent relationship building, collaboration, negotiation and communication skills.
Exceptional project management, analytical, influencing and problem-solving skills.
Design effective launch programs to ensure that new products and feature releases are usable and serviceable before broad-scale deployment.
Execute betas to ensure products are ready for customer support and implementation.
Scale requirements for advertiser and publisher integrations by providing necessary documentation.
Collect, compile and prioritize product feedback and feature requests from gTech teams.
Help advocate for corresponding necessary product improvements with Product Management and Engineering teams.
