We are seeking a Product Operations Coordinator for the Things To Do 3PIP team who will be responsible for improving our operational efficiency by supporting 3PIP integration merchant onboarding efforts. You will work closely with our Product Operations and Sales team, as well as external partners to create and maintain effective operational processes. You will also manage and update records and reports, ensuring data and metrics we rely on are complete and accurate. You will be working cross functionally with various different teams in our Chicago headquarters, and also with internal teams and external partners globally.

You'll spend time on the following:

  • Support the Product Operations team with third party partners and merchants

  • Maintain daily and weekly queues of requests from sales team and external partners

  • Communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including Sales, Product Operations and on occasion third party partners and Product

  • Support campaign creation and integration merchant onboarding by validating and updating records when appropriate

  • Manage campaign kick-off email communications with Sales team, merchants and partners utilizing predetermined templates

  • Maintain accurate and detailed reporting, both internal and merchant-facing. Other ad-hoc reporting as needed.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues with Product Operations team members

  • Maintain tracking documents that are shared with other internal teams and third party partners

  • Provide general prod ops support and assist with a variety of other projects as needed

  • Must be able to work efficiently, meet deadlines and have great attention to detail

We're excited about you if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM experience

  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills

  • Proven track record of effective communication with clients

  • Experience creating accurate reporting

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work within tight deadlines

  • Strong technical aptitude. Basic understanding of API integrations is a plus.

The College of Dentistry is the largest oral health college in the State of Illinois, provides care for 35,000 patients a year, and has over 500 students seeking dental degrees including DMD, PhD and Master's programs. The Dental Unit Coordinator (Clinical Operations Coordinator) will be responsible for maintaining administrative duties related to clinical compliance, inventory, and licensures. The Clinical Operations Coordinator will also direct and coordinate ancillary services for the entire dental clinic operations Duties: * Coordinate, Review, and track CPR, HIPAA/Osha, and other trainings for clinical faculty, and staff. * Manage and maintain licensure information for faculty and students * Support College Immunization Requirements * Oversee purchases of consumable supplies in predoctoral clinics * Manage and Maintain Occurrence Report at the College of Dentistry * Assist in Infection Control Monitoring protocols * Indirectly supervisor Dental Assistants, and dental student employees * Work to troubleshoot clinical issues inclusive of patient concerns and triage patient calls * Assist Executive Director of Clinical Operations and Patient Advocate on Various Projects * Track and Record data for biological monitoring * Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: 1.
