The Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board seeks a Product Operations Associate. This entry-level customer service role will play a vital role in supporting our business operations within the financial industry. The Product Operations Associate will function as a part of a team in a role that combines customer service, data management, and the opportunity learn about the municipal bond market, which powers many American communities and public projects.

The Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board was created by the U.S. Congress in 1975 with the purpose of creating regulations that would help prevent fraud and abuse in the securities industry.

Daily responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing financial data for consistency

  • Data entry to ensure accuracy

  • Interacting with customers via phone or email,

  • Providing exceptional customer service

  • Conducting license verifications for data orders

  • Maintaining an organized filing system

  • Initiating routine outbound data quality calls to customers

  • Processing data orders efficiently

  • Reviewing and approving new account registrations
