The Transformation Commercialization team is responsible for developing, managing, and executing against a roadmap of new health care products and services designed for deployment across the CVS Health Enterprise. We are looking for a high-performing individual to join the team, supporting significant executive-driven initiatives across the Transformation product portfolio.
As part of the team, the Transformation Commercialization Manager will work closely with business partners and product teams across different lines of business, including Aetna Commercial, Aetna Medicare, CVS Caremark, and CVS Retail, to develop go-to-market strategies for both B2B and B2C customers. Products in the Transformation portfolio include care and chronic condition management, complex disease management, wellness, member experience, and clinical outcomes/quality improvement.
This is a unique role which will provide significant exposure to senior management and leadership across the CVS Health Enterprise. This individual should feel comfortable independently developing new strategic frameworks and working cross functionally with business partners and product teams to drive business outcomes and deliver results.
