The Role

We are in search of exceptional product marketing talent to help us promote highly scalable, true multitenant cloud solutions that are significantly impacting life sciences. Our focus is on customer satisfaction, employee success, and growth.

This role will be a key addition to our Veeva Commercial Product Marketing team and will be responsible for all messaging and assets to support demand generation, field enablement, and customer marketing activity. This person will own and develop all qualitative and quantitative content and collaborate closely with global marketing, product strategy, product management, sales, and professional services to drive Veeva's growth and our customer's success.

What You'll Do

  • Develop annual product marketing plan in collaboration with field marketing.

  • Create go-to-market programs for new market segments and geographies.

  • Develop product messaging to be used across all media and customer engagement channels.

  • Lead global cross-functional launch and release marketing initiatives.

  • Build product awareness through PR, article placements, and social media.

  • Create campaigns to communicate tailored messages to specific audiences.

  • Lead release marketing activities.

  • Create content (e.g. product videos, website copy, blog posts, infographics) to articulate the benefits of the product to the marketplace.

  • Create and maintain a library of sales tools, such as customer presentations and competitive materials.


  • 5+ years of enterprise software product marketing experience.

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop clear, concise, compelling messaging.

  • Able to work independently with little management oversight.

  • Proven ability to build relationships with other teams and across all levels.

  • Self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, creative, and analytical.

  • Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Proven ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Bachelor's degree required.

The Global Director of Product Marketing will lead a team of product marketers supporting our Identity, Safe Haven, and Addressability products. This role will work very closely with our product management, marketing, communications, commercial, and field strategy teams to commercialize products, develop go-to-market plans, and craft differentiated product messaging that deliver against business objectives. Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, this individual will be a senior leader within our product marketing organization and serve as an expert on our products and communicating their value to internal and external audiences. The role is highly-visible and requires someone who can build relationships across the organization and drive alignment on priorities and strategy. You will: * Provide senior leadership, vision, and structure to a team of high-performing product marketers so they can develop and execute the marketing strategy for LiveRamp's Identity, Safe Haven, and Addressability products * Serve as link between product, commercial, field strategy, communication, and marketing teams and drive product commercialization and go-to-market execution and strategy * Lead in knowledge of the market, providing strategic thinking, planning, and understanding of target markets and personas through competitive analysis; leverage learnings to evolve market segmentation and insights for each product * Oversee the development of marketing plans and go-to-market strategies to achieve pipeline, adoption, and revenue targets * Own crafting differentiated product narratives that elevates LiveRamp's market position and drives new business growth * Accelerate market awareness and product adoption through compelling thought leadership content and customer stories * Produce high-fidelity external content for all stages of the funnel and easy-to-understand internal content to ensure understanding and assist with all phases of the sales cycle * Manage, coach, and develop a team of product marketers to achieve high-performance and high-quality deliverables * Track, measure, and report against key product and marketing KPIs Your team will: The LiveRamp product marketing team has a broad range of responsibilities, but the most important are providing customer and market insight; leading product commercialization, planning, and execution; and delivering impactful narratives and solutions for our sales and marketing teams.
