What You Will Do in This Role:

In this role, you will drive organizational product strategy in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams, working to commercialize innovative new products as well as refine existing products, based on quantitative analysis, industry research and partner insights. At the go-to-market phase, you will develop a quantitative business case and articulate the value proposition while driving the process; planning, prioritization and goals across cross-functional teams. For viable products, you will collaborate to assess product success factors and develop tactical playbooks that drive growth and partner adoption.

  • Lead market assessment; research quantitative analysis/feedback and voice-of-market.

  • Identify and evaluate long-term opportunities based on Truckstop solutions and industry expertise.

  • Partner with Product Managers to align actionable product strategy and investment recommendations.

  • Articulate and validate partner value propositions and establish quantitative business case (i.e. ROI/TCO/NPV).

  • Lead cross-functional execution and planning for product launches and scaled adoption efforts.

  • Drive product and partner growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities to Succeed in This Role:

  • Partner with Voice of the Customer Team to gain insight into customer use of current products, to identify new opportunities

  • Perform competitive analysis, outline advantages/disadvantages of Truckstop products versus competition.

  • Collaborate with product management and marketing to develop product and solution positioning and messaging throughout the lifecycle.

  • Analyze and define key target segments, customize positioning per segment.

  • Create market, revenue, and market share estimates for Truckstop solutions.

  • Work with Marketing Team to create compelling web, social, and collateral-based marketing material to drive demand.

  • Ability to set and establish product metrics

Education, Experience Requirements:

  • Relevant Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree a plus.

  • 3+ years in product marketing role with a dynamic, fast-paced company.

  • Proven leadership of product initiatives through product lifecycle; concept through implementation.

  • Skilled at developing training materials/content/tools for sales and channel enablement teams to use with the inside, field, and channel sales teams.

  • Strategic and critical thinking, analytical reasoning and thought-leadership skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with organizational teams.

  • Experience creating annual forecasts, driving strategies to achieve while driving market share.

  • Skilled at creating concise, visually appealing presentations for internal/external audiences.

  • Capable of gathering customer intelligence by analyzing data, surveys and conducting customer interviews, running beta/pilot programs and focus groups.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Teams and understanding of CRM tools such Salesforce.

  • Quantitative analytical ability (i.e. SQL) and with large data sets and quantitative analysis.

  • Experience in the transportation industry a plus.

As a Product Marketing Manager, Compute & Networking Business Unit (CNBU) – Cloud Segment the charter is to implement the agreed upon goals for the CNBU Cloud segment. The product marketing manager is a key interface both to external and internal customers, working directly with customers as well as sales, business development, finance, product engineering, business operations and other teams. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: * Drive segment goals through effective product definition, positioning, promotion and pricing strategies * Manage product life cycle and global business activities (e.g. GTM plans, portfolio/roadmap management, EOL planning, competitor research) * Work Account Strategies to ensure the success of Micron business plans * Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success to plans * Be the market expertise focal point * Consolidate customer, market data and strategies to drive product output mix * Manage supply and customer plans to improve margins for Micron * Work with business development and other teams to collect requirements for new products, features or improvements Minimum Qualifications: * A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline such as; Marketing, Engineering, Operations Management, Finance, Supply Chain Management * Minimum of 2-4 years relevant experience, preferably with high tech products * Able to demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills * Ability to work in team environment and maintain good relationships with team members * Demonstrated strong analytic skills * Intermediate to advanced level of expertise with full Microsoft Office suite.
