As a Product Marketing Manager-Scheduling Solutions you will:

  • Market Intelligence
  • Become an expert on our buyers, who they are and how they buy our software. Understand the Buyer's Journey and be able to explain its relationship to our sales process. Use that knowledge to help the company make intelligent, market/buyer centric decisions.
  • Product Messaging
  • Work together with product management to construct messages that clearly articulate the value our scheduling technology provides, the challenges it solves, and why customers should deploy our products now.
  • Content Creation
  • Work collaboratively with our content team to develop content for sales enablement, partner engagements and external marketing / demand generation campaigns and communications.
  • GTM Strategy
  • Assist in executing our GTM strategy, including identification of target market/customer, buyer persona interviews, core use cases and customer journey.
  • Sales Enablement

- Establish competitive battlecards, competitive differentiators, conduct training to ensure internal and extended sales forces are fully education on product features and new releases. Help to conduct Win/Loss Analysis on a quarterly basis.

  • Product Packaging
  • Work across multiple departments, including marketing, finance, operations, product management and sales to define product structure, including naming, packaging, licensing, and pricing to simplify the sales/acquisition process and encourage customer adoption of new solutions.
  • Product Launch & Excitement
  • Own and coordinate product launches to maximize awareness. Drive product excitement into key segments to maximize adoption and usage.
  • Campaign Planning & Execution
  • Work with senior marketing leaders to craft program plans and define inbound and outbound marketing channels. Work with Demand Gen to define and build email nurture/drip programs and relevant target segments within Marketo/HubSpot.
  • Measurement and Analytics
  • Work with marketing operations, product marketing and marketing leadership to define campaign targets and build reports and dashboards to report on program performance and ROI.
  • Competitive Intelligence
  • Study and monitor the key players in our industry (i.e., potential alternatives to our product), help define how we are different and why our differentiators are important to our target audience.
  • Industry Relations

- Establish a working relationship with our PR agency to help craft pitches, award submissions, and press releases that drive product excitement, amplify our brand, and elevate our credibility.

  • Spokesperson
  • Serve as a primary company spokesperson for our scheduling solutions while engaging with analysts, press, customers, and investors.

You are a strong fit for this role if you have:

  • Required education in a bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration.

  • At least 3 years of experience in product marketing or campaign management.

  • An understanding of and experience in high technology - previous experience with scheduling solutions is a significant bonus.

  • Marketing Automation experience required and/or demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technology quickly.

  • Ability to write about technology clearly with the ability to distill complex business and technology concepts into easily understood value statements.

  • Adaptive personality, highly organized and self-motivated, taking ownership and delivering results in a fast-paced environment - should be comfortable with high ambiguity.

  • Ability to understand technology at its core functions and articulate the benefits of the technology at a business level.

  • Demonstrated success in analyzing market opportunities, defining market requirements, and managing go-to-market for software and service products in a B2B environment.

  • Quantitative, creative, and exceptional communications skills
