VIEW JOBS 8/24/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-11-22T00:00 Email is the universal communication tool for work. It's where you discuss work, answer questions, and talk to customers, vendors, and partners. But email wasn't made for business and hasn't evolved with the way we work today. So teams are dropping the ball on important conversations, missing context on threads, and stitching together siloed apps while trying to get work done. That's why Front is reinventing the inbox so people can accomplish more together. With more than 5,000 customers and $79 million in funding from Sequoia, Threshold (formerly DFJ), and others, we've created one place for teams to manage work communication and collaborate with their team. In Front it's easy to get context on every conversation and access all your apps, so you can be more efficient, more fulfilled, and ultimately happier at work. We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager who will focus on enabling our self-serve segment to better understand our product and achieve their goals with Front. Your content and programs will inspire and guide them on their journey from getting started with the app to ensuring they're happy, successful, and growing with Front. You'll partner closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer challenges and create solutions to increase product engagement and improve customer satisfaction and retention in this segment. What will you be doing? * Deeply understand the needs and goals of our self-serve customers and execute the customer education roadmap for this segment * Create online content to enable self-serve customers to onboard and optimize their workflow in Front, including written guides, educational videos, infographics, customer stories, and more * Develop and execute one-to-many programs to onboard and retain self-serve customers with input from Customer Success, Sales, and Support * Partner with other PMMs and broader Marketing team on campaigns and initiatives to educate customers on key workflows, functionality, and new features * Execute with high standards and adapt voice and tone to build trust and brand loyalty What skills and experience do you need? * At least 2 years of Marketing, Content, or Customer Success experience in a technology company or startup * Exceptional written communication skills — you can simplify complex issues and adapt your tone for different audiences * Some experience and interest in graphic design or video production * Customer-centric mindset with empathy and curiosity for understanding our customers and helping them be successful * Proactive self-starter with strong project management skills to meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment * Bachelor's degree or equivalent * Passion for productivity tools is a plus!
