We're in need of an intuitive Product Marketing Manager to drive global market awareness/development, pipeline development, and sales assets for Bluewolf's distinctive yearly campaign, The State of Salesforce (SOSF). Specific responsibilities include:
Positioning: Involved in developing service positioning and market facing messaging that clearly articulates Bluewolf's value proposition and differentiates us from competitive offerings.
Market intelligence: Develop customer, market, and competitor insights to inform marketing plans specific to SOSF; drives related surveys and collects intuitive data around business challenges and pain points within the Salesforce ecosystem; participate in sales calls and industry events to educate, represent services, and stay abreast of buyers' evolving needs.
Content and sales tools: Develop and help execute content and sales enablement strategy for SOSF campaign: sales presentations, datasheets, collateral, videos, white papers, landing pages, webinars and other thought leadership and enablement tools to communicate the value of this marquis product.
Communications: Work with sales and marketing teams to broadcast our message to the market, across the organization, and to channel partners; work with sales enablement to ensure internal training for the sales and marketing organizations.
Partner Marketing: Build and maintain successful relationships with our global strategic partner counterparts (Salesforce and IBM).
Analyst/public relations: Support (as needed) the work of positioning services and solutions to analysts and journalists.
Administration and reporting: Efficiently develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational reporting.
Our Product Marketing Manager defines our core solutions and services and leads the creation of the content and resources needed to market and sell our solutions globally. Additionally, the Product Marketing Manager develops and leads development, execution, and measurement with the sales organization. Required Technical and Professional Expertise
3-5 years of progressive marketing, strategy, or related business experience
Prior Salesforce experience with the ability to pull reports, derive insights, ensure data quality and transparency
Strong knowledge of market and competitive intelligence techniques
Effective analytic, project and cross functional management skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
Preference given to candidates with a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
Previous work experience with external marketing and/or consulting firms a plus
Strong knowledge in high-tech industry preferred but must be flexible to be involved in other industry areas
