Shipt is growing and we are searching for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team! We are looking for a seasoned marketing professional who is motivated by consumer insights, passionate about the end-to-end user journey, and thrives in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will primarily focus on launching new product features and services to members and shoppers, while also collaborating across the marketing team to develop product positioning and messaging that hits every stage of the funnel.

Craft positioning and messaging informed by user research, market insight, and product understanding.
Author briefs and lead tactical execution of large scale product campaigns.
Work closely with a range of cross-functional stakeholders across product, growth, merchandising, PR, and design to develop go-to-market strategy plans and execute launches of new products and services for members and shoppers.
Work with the broader marketing team to launch product-focused campaigns that span web, community, social, email, ads, and other marketing channels.
Research and report on key consumer, competitor and industry insights that can help inform the evolving product and marketing roadmaps.
Manage and prioritize a workload of multiple projects with a variety of stakeholders from concept to completion.
5+ years of marketing experience (agency or in-house)
Experience in applying consumer insights to inform and optimize the product experience
Very strong written and verbal communication skills
Analytical thinker with experience in data-driven marketing
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally with both analytical and creative teams
Demonstrated experience working on projects requiring follow-through; Demonstrated experience with time and project management
Proven ability to work at strategic and tactical levels
Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, business or communications
Nice to Haves
Experience marketing an app-based product/technology
