Mitel is seeking a highly motivated team player with a passion for communications, sales enablement, and marketing excellence. This high impact team member's primary focus is to shepherd Mitel solutions through our go to market process while developing sales enablement content that excites, educates and places the customer at the forefront. In addition, they will derive key customer stories that help position Mitel's solutions in markets across the globe. The ideal candidate will have experience marketing technology-related solutions or applications across multiple customer segments.
This position can be based in Austin, TX or Plano, TX.
Dive in and own the go-to-market planning and execution process for a cloud product or solution and work cross-functionally to drive success.
Develop a variety of sales enablement content for each stage of the sales funnel including customer use cases, storytelling presentations, and competitive assessments among others.
Educate both internal and external audiences as the subject matter expert for a solution, technology, or customer segment.
Continually improve industry knowledge and keep a pulse on competitors and industry trends.
Work closely with Product Management and R&D, and Sales team to influence and help shape the product roadmap through the voice of the customer.
Be the ultimate team player, creating highly effective relationships with internal team members (sales, digital marketing, demand generation, etc.) and external partners, collaborating to drive results.
Place success and ownership on your shoulders, driving accountability throughout marketing objectives, sales goals, and strategic objectives.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field of study preferred
4+ years of marketing experience (or additional experience in lieu of education)
Experience in cloud, SaaS, tech or telecom industry highly preferred
Product positioning/messaging and go-to-market experience
Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment

Strong project, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated success in defining, creating and launching new programs
Excellent writing, speaking, and presentation skills
