As the product marketing manager, you will be responsible for contributing to Piano's product positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, and competitive intel - translating the technical capabilities of our solutions into easy to understand customer benefits.
Be an expert when it comes to our competitive landscape, assist in market segmentation and opportunity sizing, and help identify areas of opportunity
Own and develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products from our competitors
Drive and execute multi-channel go-to-market strategies and campaigns for new Piano features, products, and services coordinating materials including copy development, image library, etc.
Work with the Product Team to manage and update Piano's product feature matrix and competitive intelligence documentation
Ensure all product releases (Beta/GA) are represented in our marketing and PR calendars
Partner with Marketing Team members to develop customer communications, including scheduled and ongoing newsletter development targeted to power user and user-buyer personas
Help educate both internal and external stakeholders about our product features and their benefits
Measure and optimize the buyer journey as it relates to product feature adoption and usage
5-7 years of experience in SaaS product marketing, and/or product management
Excellent written communication and presentation skills with extensive experience writing and creative development of content and marketing materials
Prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity (this role requires you to work across functions and departments to bring the product to life)
Ability to manage numerous simultaneous projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
