  • Thrombectomy in our Maple Grove, MN location.

In this role, you have the opportunity to Work with cutting edge product line IGT Devices is part of the Philips Image Guided Therapy (IGT) business group.

As the Product Marketing Manager, you will own the product lifecycle from concept phase through development and launch. Required to have deep expertise in market segmentation, product strategy, competitive strategy, and product development.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • The successful candidate will be an accomplished product marketing leader able to blend deep customer insights and technical experience with an energizing leadership style to lead marketing efforts on a new product line within Philips peripheral business

  • This leader will be responsible for upstream marketing activities

  • The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a track record of managing complex and competitive peripheral interventional product lines and extensive

  • Formulates the upstream product strategy for the product portfolio

  • Collects and analyzes market information and defines existing market target groups

  • Formulates the specifications of new products based on available technology, components and existing market situation in order to have new products available on short term

  • Translates a general product plan into clear detailed product specifications for development

  • Guides the project team in the execution phase of the PCP

  • Drives the market introduction of the new product

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • 4+ years of medical device commercial experience

  • Peripheral interventional experience highly preferred

  • Demonstrate success launching new products, marketing programs and technologies into the market

Desirable Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing

  • MBA or other advanced degree preferred

  • Knowledge of regulated medical products industry required

Product Manager- Close the Gap The Product Manager - Close the Gap, will develop strategic communications initiatives and media relations activities to further Boston Scientific's reputation as a leading global health care organization, specifically focusing on Close the Gap Programmatic activities. Develops and executes communications that are aligned with Project Communications and Marketing. This individual will serve as a Close the Gap spokesperson and a strategic counselor to the Director of Close the Gap. Collaboration with external and internal cross-functional teams and the management of public relations agencies to establish proactive and creative ways to elevate the profile of the company and the CTG program will be a core function. This role reports to the Director, Close the Gap. Key Responsibilities: * Collaborates and makes recommendations on the development and execution of strategic communications plans that support product and franchise activities; including the use of appropriate channels, messages and communications tactics. Develops a solid understanding of products and market. * Communicates proactively to all stakeholders, managing expectations, timelines and logistics. * Produces communications materials ensuring consistency while following established guidelines, processes and tools. Provides recommendations where appropriate. * Develops strong relationships with key customers, internal and external; serving as a liaison for initiatives. * Partners with and manages vendors to ensure that initiatives meet objectives. Provides guidance and feedback on areas of continuous improvement. * Defines tracks and maintains budgets. Ensures cost-saving measures and spending within allocated amount. Provides recommendations on franchise budgets where appropriate. * Understands and applies finance principles and their implications to the development of franchise budgets. * Evaluates program impact and metrics for projects and/or launches. Provides recommendations for continuous improvement. * Acquires and maintains knowledge of communications and industry trends and best-in-class practices as related to responsibilities. * Develop, implement and drive execution of CTG media relations plans and reputation strategies. Qualifications The successful candidate will be accomplished communications/public relations professional with 5-7 years communications experience within a corporate or agency environment. Health care experience preferred, preferably within the Life Sciences industry. * Regarded as a proven and respected communications consultant to key leaders within an organization. * Broad experience developing and executing strategic communications plans and correlating metrics. * Established relationships with key media contacts across all mediums (print, broadcast, online, etc.) highly desirable * Demonstrates business acumen and fluency in topical health care news and industry trends, as well as a deep understanding of public perception and issues as they pertain to the industry. * Demonstrates in-depth understanding of target audience, highly effective writing style and expertise in high-impact messaging to broad audiences.
