In this role, you have the opportunity to Work with cutting edge product line IGT Devices is part of the Philips Image Guided Therapy (IGT) business group.

As the Product Marketing Manager, you will own the product lifecycle from concept phase through development and launch. Required to have deep expertise in market segmentation, product strategy, competitive strategy, and product development.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • The successful candidate will be an accomplished product marketing leader able to blend deep customer insights and technical experience with an energizing leadership style to lead marketing efforts on a new product line within Philips peripheral business

  • This leader will be responsible for upstream marketing activities

  • The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a track record of managing complex and competitive peripheral interventional product lines and extensive

  • Formulates the upstream product strategy for the product portfolio

  • Collects and analyzes market information and defines existing market target groups

  • Formulates the specifications of new products based on available technology, components and existing market situation in order to have new products available on short term

  • Translates a general product plan into clear detailed product specifications for development

  • Guides the project team in the execution phase of the PCP

  • Drives the market introduction of the new product

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • 4+ years of medical device commercial experience

  • Peripheral interventional experience highly preferred

  • Demonstrate success launching new products, marketing programs and technologies into the market

Desirable Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing

  • MBA or other advanced degree preferred

  • Knowledge of regulated medical products industry required

About the Role The WATCHMAN Marketing - Clinical Strategy role will focus on expanding WATCHMAN and LAAC therapy by promoting existing WATCHMAN clinical data with implanters, referring physicians, and nurses; will create sales messaging and partner with the WATCHMAN Sales teams to deliver that messaging and objection handling; and will lead efforts to create a clinical investment strategy to grow LAAC Therapy adoption; and will position WATCHMAN vs. competitive drug and device alternatives. She/he will lead project management of cross functional teams and ensure clinical messaging deliverables are completed in a timely fashion. This role will work with a broader group of functions including WACTHMAN Marketing, Sales teams, Clinical, R&D, Finance, and Global partners. He/she will also lead efforts to publicize new WATCHMAN clinical data releases at major conferences. Your responsibilities will include: * Educate WATCHMAN implanters, referring physicians, and nurses about existing WATCHMAN clinical data, both through the WATCHMAN sales force and via other direct channels. * Partner with WATCHMAN and IC Sales Teams to create and educate sales force on WATCHMAN clinical value proposition and relevant messaging * Identify existing gaps in the WATCHMAN clinical story, competitive LAAC device data, oral anti-coagulation data, and stroke risk management data; and lead messaging efforts to address those gaps. * Utilize Market Research and Advisory Board feedback to inform future clinical strategies and recommend investment decisions * Perform an analysis of competitive clinical activities and recommend strategies to address advantages and shortcomings of that data * Maximize opportunities to publicize new data releases at major medical conferences * Identify clinical needs of Implanters – including EPs, IC, and SH physicians; Referring Cardiologists, nurses, and other physicians, and create appropriate messaging.
