Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 4 years of experience in marketing.

  • Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in the Google Ads product suite with Lead Generation or eCommerce.

  • Experience working with SMBs, B2B Marketing, Sales or Consulting.

  • Experience with customer segmentation with excellent analytic capabilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and agency partners.

  • Ability to collaboratively solve problems and effectively influence across teams and levels.

  • Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, digestible language for key stakeholders with excellent communication skills.

About the job

Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the representation of the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.

In this role, you will drive our advertiser acquisition strategy and business growth through creating and executing on joint marketing plans with Ads Channel Partners (e.g., technology companies servicing SMBs in storebuilder, sitebuilder, CRM, and other adjacent verticals). You will use data and insights to develop and manage high-impact campaigns across third-party and online channels, working within a broad section of Google products including Google Ads and our accompanying suite of SMB products to create awareness and adoption within our partners' customer base.

This team is focused on scaled acquisitions through funnel optimization and testing on product positioning and scaled communications. You will leverage traditional marketing channels, third party channels, and online channels to reach prospective advertisers.Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $108,000-$158,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Drive the Global strategy and execution of joint marketing plans with our high-priority Ads Channel Partners, managing the associated budget, and owning the acquisition business growth key performance indicators.

  • Lead the development and execution of segment based marketing campaigns across Google-owned and third-party channels (e.g., email, in-product placements, event announcements, editorial, etc.).

  • Collaborate with internal and external product teams, research agencies, and UX experts to develop critical user journeys for future and existing consumers to improve advertiser success.

  • Manage and optimize campaign performance through data-driven analysis, identifying opportunities for improvement, and testing new strategies.

  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with creative agencies and internal/external stakeholders (e.g., sales, product, marketing) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
