Pantheon is seeking a passionate, driven, and energetic product marketing manager to help drive marketing and sales to achieve results. Ideal candidates have done this before, and will combine a deep understanding of our technology, customers, and competitive landscape with a passion for storytelling that connects with prospects. To be successful you must back up strategic insights with market evidence and then use that knowledge to drive the development of positioning and messaging that resonates with buyers and empowers our sales channels to be successful. This role is central to everything the marketing function does and thus must work in a highly collaborative manner with marketing teams, sales teams, finance, and product teams as we drive the product pipeline from validation to post-launch adoption.
Cool Stuff You'll Do
Plan the launches of net-new products and releases of existing products; manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan between sales, marketing, product, finance, and others
Collaborate with Product Marketing Team into building the buyer's journey to inform how we go-to-market
Develop marketing plans in collaboration with marketing, product and sales teams with associate product marketing and communications budgets
Create marketing programs and corresponding collateral - e.g. sales/training decks, product videos, website copy, blog posts, datasheets, case studies - that articulate the benefits of our products
Understand and support the sales organization, test programs and tactics with them, and work with sales enablement to certify them on the sales/marketing playbook
Craft compelling stories about Pantheon, our customers, and ecosystem that appeals to developers and marketers alike
Aid in the execution and development of the Pantheon content strategy
What You Bring To The Table
4+ years experience in product marketing or related roles
Proven experience developing innovative, compelling, and differentiated market positioning
Knowledge of CMS, PaaS, SaaS products and markets
Capacity to work successfully in a fast-paced, startup environment
BA/BS or equivalent
