NICE is seeking a creative, energetic Product Marketing Manager to help get our fantastic customer feedback management software the attention it so richly deserves! Reporting to the Product Management Director for the business unit, this lucky soul will have the chance to guide our messaging and positioning, get creative about getting our message out, support a committed and talented sales team with great materials, and work across many functional areas and business units within NICE.
This resource will be sitting between sales, marketing, product management. He/ She will be doing the Market research, Competitive analysis for the product positioning which helps in the Sales enablement
Should be able to do collateral, presentations in the demo environment. Should be passionate about the emerging trends and be competitive and use cases to drive value to the customers

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Participates in the partnership with Marketing team in the process of developing the definition, messaging, and positioning of solutions. Participates in go-to-market campaigns, supporting marketing activities, and representing NICE at industry events. Develop and maintain marketing collateral, including thought leadership pieces, infographics, brochures and data sheets
Develop and maintain sales support materials/tools, including sales decks, product descriptions and other customer-facing collateral.
Support and participate in sales training
Works with the Product team to perform market research and execute strategies to bring new products to market.
Assesses and identifies market opportunities to create opportunities for existing and new NICE products.
Completes qualitative assessment of competitors and their capabilities.
Knowledge & Proficiency in Core Product Marketing Skill Areas:
Experience in enterprise SaaS solutions in handling customers with ARR over $100K
CEM, CFM, VoC, HRM, CRM or related previous experience.
Critical reasoning and analytics skills
Marketing skills like clear copy writing and articulation of benefits
Customer-facing role (customers and prospects) to uncover insights
Creativity translating into value
Customer-related app expertise ideal (secondary to ent. SW expertise)
Buyer Persona Profile Analysis, Messaging & Positioning
Sales Tool Development & Deal Support
Internal Communications & Training
Excellent written & verbal communication
Excellent presentation skills
Business negotiation skills
Product Marketing Experience
Experience with Product Marketing Concepts such as buyer-persona targeting, development & communication; pipeline management.
Experience creating marketing collateral
Travel: willingness to travel 25% - 30%
