Job Description

The Hospitality Solutions team is relentlessly passionate about helping our customers and our people succeed, and we are continually looking for forward-thinking, creative people who value the same. Under general direction, this role will drive the product strategy and execution for Loyalty across the Sabre Hospitality Solutions platform, including integrations with various CRM providers and interactions with applications within the SHS product portfolio. You will provide direction to and ensure development meets market requirements; manage product release schedules, create and maintain the loyalty product roadmap and act as subject matter expert for internal teams and for customers.

This role requires the ability to work in a cross functional environment with internal teams as well as the ability to work customers and CRM vendors to understand what the customer wants to achieve in their loyalty offering and how this can be provided within the SHS portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage and communicate a roadmap for the loyalty product that addresses key market needs; actively engage in product planning process

  • Act as subject matter expert to internal stakeholders and customers/vendors on loyalty integrations and solutions within the SHS portfolio

  • Communicate feature and product information to internal and external audiences

  • Effectively translate customer and market needs into solution specifications and requirements

  • Partner with technology team to deliver loyalty solutions

  • Provide release support in the form acceptance testing, knowledge sharing, release notes and other communications both internally and externally.

  • Monitor trends in loyalty and hospitality to identify areas of innovation relative to distinct competencies and market / business needs

Job Requirements

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • 8+ years of experience product management and/or software design and usability

  • Experience delivering loyalty and CRM solitons required

  • Hospitality experience preferred, but not required

  • High degree of software proficiency using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Salesforce is required

  • Experience with Scrum/Agile software development

  • Familiarity with loyalty/CRM solutions

  • Strong communication and presentation skills are needed with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences (sales, customers, executives) as well as translate customer and market data into business requirements

  • High degree of software proficiency using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Salesforce is required
