The traditional higher education system has let the world of B2B down, with a complete lack of formal, structured education across the entire industry. Its causing chaos and devastation in the sector with 70-90% failure rates for B2B startups and scaleups. It also creates an impossible educational burden on enterprise companies.

Sales Impact Academy is looking to solve this major problem by bringing together the worlds best talent to teach structured, live online courses with high learning design principles and upskill 100s of millions of go-to-market professionals across the globe.

The teaching roster already features 40+ global experts including Mark Roberge former CRO of Hubspot, Elissa Fink former CMO of Tableau, Sam Nelson head of SDR at Outreach, Greg Holmes former CRO of Zoom, Sarah Brazier of Gong, top Linkedin Sales Voice Kevin Dorsey, Marylou Tyler author of Predictable Revenue and Dan Steinman, Chief Evangelist at Gainsight and author of Customer Success.

We are looking for someone who will drive all product and customer marketing initiatives for our rapidly growing GTM team. The perfect candidate will have experience program-managing the execution of Go-To-Market plans for new product releases - as well as the creative chops to own the development of all public facing product collateral. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who wants to help build a product marketing function from scratch, while supporting continuous rapid growth.


  • Own the go-to-market strategy and project management of quarterly product releases, serving as the liaison between teams to ensure that the business and its partners are educated on our latest offerings
  • Lead customer marketing initiatives, including development of customer interviews and case study creation - while working closely with our CS team to ensure they are supported in their efforts to provide a superior experience for our customers
  • Create content & collateral to support both demand generation and sales in their efforts to drive pipeline and revenue growth
  • Serve as the hub between the sales and marketing teams, ensuring consistent and comprehensive communication to maintain alignment against shared goals
  • Create an evergreen competitive intelligence program to arm revenue teams with insights that will help us outshine the other players in our space
  • Align with partner marketing to develop collateral and assets that aid in driving revenue growth from the channel

A bit about you

  • Strategically minded and able to work in partnership with both senior leadership and ICs across the business in a high growth, ambitious environment
  • Experience owning the product marketing function in similar business contexts
  • Able to be hands-on and nimble in approach - we are still a young business despite the success and growth so far!
  • Be a strong leader, and will draw upon solid analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage the Go-To-Market cadence
  • Familiarity with high growth saas/software environments
  • You likely have 4+ years of experience in product marketing roles
  • Experience with Hubspot, Wordpress, Google Office Suite,, and Docebo would be a plus!
  • Knowledge of SaaS, B2B, and technology companies
  • Interest in solving the B2B knowledge crisis at scale!

This role is a completely new role that will sit within the marketing organization. </p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul> <li>Own and drive a holistic product and communication strategy in coordination with the product team; oversee the go-to-market strategy and ongoing cadence for high-priority feature releases from concept to launch and adoption</li> <li>Lead analysis to better understand customer needs and the competitive landscape; represent the voice of the customer in roadmap discussions.
