Hi--we're Jebbit, and we want to change all that.
We do two things really well. And we're looking for the right person to help with the third:
Our platform builds super creative, interactive mobile content for customers like Expedia, Express, and the Boston Celtics. And we often work directly with key partners like Snapchat and Twitter.
Through those experiences, brands can better understand their customers not as buyers, but as people. The output of that is what we call declared data. And we help brands collect, store, and make sense of it. Our goal is to make marketing assumption free.
As we establish this category of declared data, our sales and services teams need great assets that help define marketers' pains, and shows them how Jebbit can solve them. Often the best ways to showcase that, is through customer stories, and we need to be better about creating a community of these declared data early adopters.
Who You Are
A storyteller at heart, but with a desire to translate that story into repeatable messaging and assets. Someone who loves the research phase, but also has a bias toward action (because perfect is the enemy of good). You've got some technical chops, but you know that a features one-sheeter rarely sells as well as a results-backed story. You're a connector--of people, ideas, and solutions. Someone with experience marketing to marketers, and the challenges and opportunities that entails. You know your way around a launch plan, but also know there's a lot more than that to impactful product marketing.
What You'll Do
Identify key use cases of Jebbit and create effective messaging plans and assets, including emails, one sheeters, slides, and videos
Encourage use case adoption through in-platform communication
Own and manage product & feature launches and other product related communications
Support the organization with competitive and industry research
Through sharing stories and use cases, connect customers and build a community of Jebbit clients
Work cross functionally with sales, services, product and partnerships on a regular basis
Establish effective measurement of product marketing's impact
3 or more years of product marketing experience, preferably in a high growth SaaS environment
Experience creating compelling sales and customer facing collateral
Have performed work focused on building a community of customers--and that encourages adoption
Knowledge of the marketing data landscape--the good, the bad, and the ugly
Project management experience: from building a plan, to assigning tasks, to securing buy-in
Examples of creating analyses, and using data to drive decision making
Facility with speaking directly to customers, and a desire to do so
Resilient - startup experience a plus
