About the team & opportunity

Ontra is seeking a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to join its growing marketing team! Reporting to our Senior Director of Product Marketing, the PMM will establish and execute marketing go-to-market strategies for our various partner relationships including law firm partnerships, technology partnerships, and other external relationships. Ultimately, you will drive partnership adoption and engagement through deep customer insight, product expertise, effective messaging and positioning, and sales enablement.

What you'll do

  • Product Positioning: develop product positioning documents and persona-based messaging to be used across collateral and marketing campaigns, becoming the subject matter expert and go-to-person internally for positioning our products to our law firms and technology partners.

  • Partnership Marketing Strategy: develop and begin to execute a partnerships marketing strategy in conjunction with the Partnerships, Marketing, and Product teams with the goals of landing new partnerships, growing existing partnerships and generating customer referrals; set data-driven goals and metrics and measure and report on the effectiveness of partner marketing programs and activities; and execute a cross-selling strategy to deepen penetration with existing partnerships.

  • Sales Enablement and Collateral: refresh existing law firm collateral and redesign our law firm partnership web page, creating compelling, high-quality content for internal and external stakeholders that make the case for why law firms and their clients should partner with Ontra.

New Market Research: research and explore opportunities to drive Ontra brand recognition and value with LPs, executing strategies to drive awareness and communicate product value to them.

What you'll bring

  • Experience: 5+ years of product marketing or partner marketing experience, including 3+ years in a high-growth, B2B environment; additional law firm or private equity experience strongly preferred

  • B2B product marketing tactics: familiar with social media, digital advertising, websites, email marketing, content marketing, PR, and events

  • Technology Skills: Experience with Marketo, Nomad, 6Sense, Lookr, and Salesforce ideal

  • Communication Skills: You're a strong, concise, persuasive writer with a passion for storytelling and building narratives

  • Results Driven: You strive to make things happen quickly and painlessly, and are a master of prioritization

  • Curious: Your keen intellect and inquisitive nature push you to be an innovative, creative thinker with a growth mindset
