Product Marketing Manager

This opportunity is for a Product Marketing Manager to join the JADAK Team. This is a new position to support JADAK's growing detection and analysis business as a result of the company's recent acquisitions. It will also provide support for the existing portfolio of Machine Vision, RFID and Barcoding hardware and software solutions. You will be an individual contributor who will serve as a key member of the marketing organization, driving the messaging and positioning, supporting our overall go-to-market strategy, and sales enablement for the portfolio to both direct and indirect channels.
Ownership, development and management of go-to-market strategies and marketing programs from concept to execution and measurement.
Work with Marketing Communication to create lead generation and customer facing product collateral.
Design, develop, implement, facilitate, assess, and analyze marketing strategies and programs for the organization and its products.
Develop and deliver key value proposition messaging, sales enablement tools and training materials to arm internal sales teams with the resources needed to have successful customer calls.
Partner with Upstream Marketing team to manage new product development and execute new product launches and successful market introductions.
Oversee creation and maintenance of marketing and support materials.
Customer Insights be the expert on our buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; communicate real customer requirements and provide input into product management on enhancements and future direction.
Understand the market categories we compete in; stay on top of the market and our competition; Arm product management and sales with competitive analysis and rebuttals.
Support JADAK's push in to new Machine Vision market spaces through distributors, partners, and system integrators.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience, Characteristics:
5+ years' experience marketing to engineers in a high-tech Product Marketing or Product Management capacity
5+ years' experience in a B2B technology environment or industry
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to convey complex concepts and plans and an ability to facilitate large group and executive level meetings to a successful outcome
5+ years' experience in effective strategic planning and collaboration with product management, sales, marketing, and business development
Experience in developing market positioning by target persona with competitive differentiation
Strong relationship management and project management skills; the ability to successfully drive multiple tasks
Pragmatic and a get-things-done attitude with the ability to work with a multi-national team from different parts of the world
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Engineering
Ability to travel ~25% of the time, including domestic and international
Marketing and/or sales experience in machine vision, smart cameras, optics or related technical fields is preferred
Ability to work remotely
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools
Mobility to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer.
Ability to use vision to read computer screen and read printed materials.
