We are seeking a Gillette Ventures Product Marketing Manager in our Boston, MA office who is an out-of-the-box thinker, passionate business owner, and entrepreneurial in spirit to join our team and help catapult our business to new heights.
As the Product Marketing Manager, you will be immersed in a fast-paced culture focused on identifying and building new business models and scalable disruptive innovation for our core. The Gillette Ventures team operates separately from the core brand teams and reports directly to the executive Gillette Ventures Board. The Product Marketing Manager will report directly to the Founder & Head of Operations of Gillette Global Ventures and will have a key ownership role in developing long-term team vision and strategic direction.
As the Gillette Ventures Product Marketing Manager:
You will serve as an active and influential internal and external business strategy consultant, continually searching for new, cross-industry opportunities and have an eye for design and lifestyle trends with the ability to drive consumer relevant positioning of opportunities.
You will work with multifunctional teams, agencies, and vendors to identify opportunities, generate leads, and execute rapid product and service prototyping experiments.
You will become an expert in category dynamics in the male grooming landscape, develop actionable insights, and lead the design of marketing concept sell materials for internal and external presentations and industry events.

Willingness to challenge the status quo you're comfortable challenging established processes and have demonstrated experience getting "scrappy" to ensure project success.
Strong project management experience you have a proven track record of driving projects from the concept phase to successful in market launches and have a strong ability to develop project timelines, manage key gates, and ensure all members of the team are on track with key project deliverables.
Deep analytical skills you have an acute ability to turn data into insights that drive actionable next steps.
3 or more years of brand marketing or product management experience, preferably in a lifestyle brand, technology, or start-up environment, with a demonstrated history of managing external agency and vendor relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence and build strong working relationships at all levels, including C-Suite executives.
Confident, driven self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work autonomously.
Willingness to travel 15-25%
