What you would do

As our Electrical locks Product Marketing Manager, you'll be the key player in driving our products' market success. Here's how your role will look like:

  • Go-to-Market Strategies: Develop and implement strategies for new and existing products across multiple sales channels (OEM, B2B, wholesaler) and market verticals (commercial buildings, hospitals, municipalities, etc.), and explore new expansion opportunities.

  • Financial Planning: Participate in financial planning by forecasting and following up on sales budgets within your product area.

  • Market Research: Conduct research to understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.

  • Product Launches: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.

  • Sales Initiatives & Support: Develop, execute, and report on sales initiatives to boost product awareness and demand.

  • Compelling Messaging: Create and adapt product messaging and positioning for diverse audiences and market verticals.

  • Data Management: Manage data, information, and media for your product area on our websites and webshops.

  • Stakeholder Relationships: Manage relationships with external stakeholders (customers, industry associations) and internal stakeholders within our Nordic Business Area and EMEIA Division.

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone with:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in business, engineering, or related field.

  • 2-5 years of previous experience in B2B sales with multiple distribution channels and market verticals.

  • Experience in growth-driving sales activities, technical sales, and/or customer acquisition.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Proficiency in English and at least one Scandinavian language is a must.

  • Experience in the security and access solutions industry (a big plus!).

This position requires frequent travel (20-30% of your time) to collaborate with local sales teams, visiting fairs/events and customers in Scandinavia.
