Companies are spending enormous sums of money on AWS yet many dont know how much it costs to run a single product feature or support a particular customer. CloudZero enables companies to gain visibility into business-relevant cost dimensions without the typical pitfalls of legacy cloud cost management tools.

We're looking for an energetic, driven, and hands-on Product Marketing Manager. In this role, you will help to craft compelling content and messaging about the value of CloudZero. You will help us convey how the cloud cost market is changing, where CloudZero fits, and the value of an engineering-centric approach to controlling cloud cost.

CloudZero is a venture-backed startup which means youll have the opportunity to grow rapidly with the company and have a direct impact on our success. You will also have broader responsibilities and exposure versus the typical product marketer at a large company, with opportunities to support demand generation and content marketing efforts.

You will:

  • Be an expert in all things CloudZero, serving as a key point of communication and alignment across marketing, product, and sales teams
  • Help decide how CloudZero is positioned to the rest of the world, including how we message on our website, videos, marketing collateral, and more; partner with other areas of marketing to support digital, demand generation, and content marketing projects
  • Support our go-to-market launch process for new features and releases, ensuring alignment and communication both internally and externally
  • Develop collateral and training materials to enable our growing sales team and channel partners
  • Engage with customers, create customer testimonial content, and share insights back to the rest of the company
  • Conduct competitive research and analysis, then create enablement materials for the rest of the company
  • Create thought leadership content with a unique point of view about our market and products, from your perspective or the perspective of our leaders

  • You have 3+ years of relevant marketing experience with SaaS products and B2B customers, especially cloud-focused or DevOps products. In addition to product marketing backgrounds, were also open to the right person with a related background, like content marketing or developer relations.
  • You enjoy rolling up your sleeves and getting work done and are also comfortable working cross-functionally and with senior leadership
  • Youre intellectually curious. Youre a natural learner who loves to absorb new information, think critically, and have a point of view.
  • You love to write and know how to take complex, technical ideas and make them simple and easy to understand
  • You take initiative and are comfortable with solving problems amidst ambiguity. You have a history of identifying and solving problems without being asked.
  • You thrive amongst change and can quickly pivot when you learn new information

  • You have specialized knowledge in AWS, FinOps, or cloud cost solutions
  • You have a technical or engineering background

  • 100% Work From Home
  • Competitive Compensation
  • Comprehensive Healthcare Coverage
  • Equity Grants
  • Paid Time Off
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan
