You'll collaborate closely with multiple departments to build innovative, unique online experiences that our customers love.
About the Job:
Contribute to defining, articulating, and communicating our product strategy as it relates to marketing campaigns
Participate in setting targets for campaign scorecards and lead the effort to track and communicate scorecard results
Produce and track dashboards and KPIs that are aligned to the marketing strategy
Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of campaigns and identify the highest-impact components and UX to engage and retain customers
Act as the primary contact / conduit between brand marketing and the product team, ensuring the brand marketing team has full understanding of their product tool kit as well as best practices as it relates to UX and implementation
Understand and interpret data to develop hypotheses, define experiments to prove (or disprove) them and carry them through to their conclusion
Lead marketing team in discovery, design, and recommendations for new product features
Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint demos, and sprint retrospectives
Create strong cross functional relationships
Design and implement A/B tests
Ensure quality experiences are being delivered to customers
Passion for consumer Internet, customer advocacy and building amazing products
Product management and/or product design experience with Internet products and mobile
Exceptional analytical skills to support data driven decision making
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
Exceptional organization, communication and presentation skills
BA/BS; Computer Science or other technical discipline a plus
