THE ROLE

The Product Marketing team champions user-centricity, led by a team that works to be deeply attuned to user needs and wants. The user is at the front and center of everything we do:

We ensure user feedback and data inform product roadmaps, inform and support users as we evolve our products, and continually assess market opportunities to find innovative ways to meet user needs. We aim to drive demand and adoption of our products to create a lasting strategic and competitive edge for NAZTech.

The Product Marketing Manager responsible for User Engagement will work closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to create and execute change management strategies, contribute to and maintain the website for our product portfolio, and map user personas and user journeys.
