The Ads Delivery team leverages state-of-the-art Machine Learning in our quest to make every ad impression meaningful for the billions of people on Meta each day. Our cutting-edge machine learning algorithms allow us to develop a deep understanding of users to improve the relevance and quality of advertising at a global scale. We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager contract who can work closely with the Engineering and Product team to drive product development, testing and go-to-market efforts for our ad delivery bidding and budget products.
As a Product Marketing Manager on Ads Delivery, you will lead the product alpha and beta testing, develop communication plans to bring products to market, and identify opportunities to improve existing products through research. The job requires excellent cross-functional leadership, analytical and communication skills, and self direction. The ideal candidate will also have a strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and the advertising market, be open to learning new technical concepts, demonstrate a track record of supporting product development through testing, and be able to build a narrative and communication plan for product launches.

Lead effective alpha and beta tests and project manage a team of cross functional partners
Develop product positioning, go-to-market plans and launch products with a team of cross functional partners
Support post-launch product adoption growth efforts
Minimum Qualifications
Track record of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results
Communication skills that are effective with technical, business, and external stakeholders
Customer orientation and experience in a client-facing capacity
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working collaboratively and cross-functionally with an array of internal and external teams
Experience in technology, advertising or digital marketing industry
Experience presenting to large groups of stakeholders and seniro executives

$99,000/year to $151,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
