Job Description:

At Adorama we are currently revamping our brand and as part of our efforts to bring our organization to the 'next level', we have created a unique role for a talented Product Marketing Manager to join our team of professionals. Because this is a newly created position there are several factors that make up the main function of this role. Our ideal Product Marketing Manager will possess an in-depth understanding of Multi-Channel Marketing, strong experience in administration & project management, and a good feel for Market Development Funds strategy. To be successful, our new team member will be data-friendly (Google Analytics) and use these insights to help us develop a stratagem for success. This role provides an opportunity to collaborate with key and executive stakeholders across the organization and will require our new Product Marketing Manager to act as a liaison and develop a clear and organized channel of communication between the rest of our Marketing Team, as well as with our Buyers and Vendors.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Working behind the scenes to help orchestrate all of the pieces that go into bringing our campaign to life, including crafting and executing presentations for our affiliates, preparing everything for launch/update, and ensuring that all parties are able to communicate feedback clearly.

  • Developing successful marketing campaigns that drive revenue through collaboration with some of our strong cross-functional teams including (but not limited to) Merchandising, Marketing, IT-Web and Product & Strategy.

  • Jumping-in and taking hold of the various ongoing and future projects within our Marketing Department and be the main point of contact for any questions or concerns from our clients, affiliates or colleagues.

  • Collaborating with all primary Adorama Vendors and Manufacturers on preliminary work proposals for our upcoming and ongoing marketing campaigns.

  • Conducting quarterly audits of vendors and confirming whether they have met the scope, deadline and cost of a project as agreed upon within the contract/SLA.

  • Understanding and utilizing best-practices to develop and implement a workable operations strategy with these key vendors.

  • Meeting with vendors to negotiate on project terms, conditions and delivery as well as closely tracking implementation and execution to ensure compliance with our contractual agreements/ SLA's.

  • Managing project activity while maintaining and improving current strategy.

  • Generating various internal reports and other data-insights to be shared with other management as needed.

  • Leveraging data to develop, support, and drive strategic & actionable decisions that are tailored to our unique business model and needs.

  • Follow-up on all administrative tasks such as creating meetings, assigning deadlines to projects, briefing departmental leadership on any pertinent information relevant to marketing and coordinating on back-end/admin tasks with our Marketing Team in general.

  • Participate in industry events and meetings with occasional travel.

  • Additional duties related to role may be assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years' experience with multichannel-marketing within retail environment.

  • Deep Understanding of various digital marketing channels.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.

  • Able to review and analyze data.

  • Proficient in Google Analytics as well as Microsoft Suite (particularly PowerPoint).

  • E-commerce Experience within retail a great plus!

Please note: Salary for this position starts at $68K annually for those with limited experience but great applicable skills and can go up based on factors such as more applicable experience + skills and potential to create a positive team dynamic.
