This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Product Marketing Leader, you will oversee the marketing efforts in the Interventional Radiology market segment:

  • You help assess and create IR segment marketing plan and strategy

  • You will plan, coordinate, and direct IR segment marketing efforts

  • You will conduct competitive research and segment demand for products and services required in the IR space

  • You will develop promotions, marketing collateral, and track marketing efforts

  • You will support the field sales teams with the tools they require to engage with customers and develop the business

  • Developing and executing a robust portfolio marketing strategy

  • Owning the marketing customer journey: from awareness to customer advocacy

  • Driving the use of customer, market and competitive research to understanding customer's clinical, operational, and economic needs, as well as values and benefits sought to identify market opportunities for the cardiovascular portfolio

  • Creating go-to-market strategies, market messages with clearly defined differentiators, and content

  • Manage customer-focused events (tradeshows, webinars, live-cases, customer gathering events)

  • Creating diverse marketing collateral like case studies, data sheets, whitepapers, evidence/outcomes, briefs, FAQs, blog posts, ROI tools, new media, and much more.

Required skills to have for the success of this role

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in clinical marketing, product management or related experience with a preference towards experience with capital imaging devices.

  • Strong knowledge of the medical industry and understanding of the regulations by which marketing must abide.

  • Bachelor degree required, marketing focus preferred

  • Ability to travel up to 35%

The pay range for this position is $125,000 - 175,000 U.S. dollars annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as where the work will be performed. The annual incentive target is 15% of base pay. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
