Your Role

This internship role will be supporting the Product Marketing Team for various go-to-market activities at all levels that involve deep collaboration across Tenable. You will gain an understanding of the cybersecurity market and our competitors to develop positioning, messaging and strategies for customer acquisition and retention to grow your business.

Your Opportunity

• Contribute to customer facing and internal content creation for multiple product lines for pre- and post-sales efforts. This includes sales presentations and enablement decks, persona development, event talks, webinars, newsletter descriptions, and campaign development

• Conduct competitive research and market analysis to develop a differentiated approach in the market

• Analyze, report and revise various customer adoption and enablement campaigns

• With cross-functional teams and customer marketing leaders, support customer asset projects (written case studies, video case studies, blogs, testimonials, etc.) as needed

• Work on sales campaigns to develop product pipeline and gather feedback

• Participate in planning calls to understand the product strategy and differentiators

• Participate in calls to understand product roadmap delivery timelines to help develop customer value propositions

• Collaborate and assist in new product and feature launches across multiple teams

• Create compelling, customer facing assets and collateral

• Participate in weekly on-site Tenable intern program activities

• Listen to an Earnings Call

• Deliver a presentation at the end of the Internship on completed projects and program learnings

What You'll Need:

• Must be a rising junior or senior attending university

• You are currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in a related field

• You have strong relationship-building skills with acute attention to detail

• You enjoy a collaborative, team working environment

• You have a dynamic, confident personality that is self-motivated and capable of working in a fast-paced environment

• You are organized, accountable and reliable

• You have good communications skills and are extremely articulate

• You have a positive, can- do attitude with great attention to detail

• You maintain a positive, flexible attitude and sense of humor (we enjoy our work and working with one another!)

• You possess a passion for serving and understanding customers

• You are proficient in Microsoft & Google product suites

• You are comfortable on Zoom and participating in virtual meetings

• You love to have fun and develop networking relationships
