The Product Marketing Engineer 5 will be responsible for Account-Based Marketing, managing regions in North America, inclusive of Canada and LATAM. There may be some requested support for accounts in EMEA as well. This person is responsible for partnering with the Account Directors and the District Sales Directors to plan, organize and execute programs for specific strategic accounts. It is a top priority that you work closely with account directors, which will require relationship building and trust.
The programs that you will support include, but are not limited to, company-specific landing pages, multi-touch social and email campaigns, onsite workshops, AD requested local events, and working closely with segment product marketing leadership to develop content in response to the needs of the company and at the request of the AD.
This role is reporting to the head of account-based marketing at Broadcom supporting the Enterprise Software division.
The objective is to support the ADs to drive portfolio licensing agreements, account penetration, product adoption, new wins and value of the opportunity.
Work closely with the account directors to build out an ABM plan for their strategic accounts
Plan and execute regional and onsite customer events in collaboration with the account directors and district directors
Collaborate with Segment Product Marketing Manager leadership to develop company-specific content for the landing pages; own the development of content
Articulate ABM strategy, status, reporting and updates to account directors
Work with sales to identify gaps in key personas and contact information within strategic accounts; develop data and insight strategy to add key personas and contacts within accounts
Analyze metrics and reports to determine the effectiveness of program activities and integrated cloud content consumption
Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes
Minimum Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, business, or a related field
5+ years of experience in high tech working in Account-Based Marketing role or Field Marketing Role
Experience building and carrying out account-based marketing programs
Great presentation skills to translate detailed content into impactful GTM materials including web, email, and social media content; good listener
Experience directing digital marketing campaigns and planning and delivering social media strategies
Demonstrated ability to achieve practical results working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams
Ability to maintain focus on customers and attention to details
Persistent and resourceful
Goal-oriented and collaborative with the ability to take initiative and deliver projects unsupervised
Solid project management, planning, and organizational skills
