What You'll Do:
You'll focus on bringing products and features to market by making sure the sales team understands how to sell them, and making sure customers understand how to use them. In a typical day, you'll work closely with the Product Manager, and with the Sales, Marketing and Product teams, responsible for driving the demand, usage, and overall success of new products. In addition, you'll also be responsible for the following:
Working with all departments to drive successful new product launches
Providing training and marketing documentation, including data sheets, product positioning, and features/advantages/benefits
Driving product adoption and usage, and collecting customer testimonials
Setting a marketing and promotion plan for new products that helps the sales team succeed
Defining clear go-to-market plans with messaging and positioning that differentiates Single Digits from the competition
Focusing on existing customers, by defining which new products and features will meet their needs
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, Communications or a related field
Professional experience with marketing or technical writing in a high-tech environment
Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe tools. Experience with Madcap Flare or equivalent publishing software (preferred)
Strong communication skills and time management
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Strong organizational skills to meet tight deadlines
Familiarity with IT services and network design (preferred)
