This position will support the planning and execution of new product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns. This person will work closely with multiple cross-functional teams including Product Development, Packaging, Operations, Creative, Sales, and Content/Social Media.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Conduct competitive analyses (pricing, product, marketing, etc.); maintain pulse on innovations in the industry
Help create marketing briefs
Assist with development of product marketing campaigns
Manage execution of promotions and Member offers
Track promotion and product launch performance
Assist with creating presentations for key meetings
Help manage and communicate project timelines
Coordinate, schedule and recap meetings
Google trend alerts/articles of interest send weekly recap
Track interesting/relevant competitor emails ongoing
Creation of beauty trend reports quarterly
Maintain server organization and file saving
Maintain product line list
